Franklin Real Asset Advisors Acquires a Residential Asset in Frankfurt am Main

19^th of May 2026: Franklin Real Asset Advisors (FRAA), on behalf of the Core Franklin Templeton Social Infrastructure Strategy¹, has completed the acquisition of a recently refurbished c.9,000 sqm residential asset in Frankfurt am Main. The property has been converted from a hotel into refugee accommodation and is fully let on a long-term basis to a non-profit organisation operating on behalf of the city.
