30 July 2024: Franklin Real Asset Advisors, on behalf of the Franklin Templeton Social Infrastructure Strategy has signed a forward funding agreement for the development of a pre-let university campus totalling 8,000sqm across two buildings in Lyon. The assets are being developed by Nexity with state-of-the-art specifications and environmental credentials, pre-leased to a leading French higher education provider.
