Franklin Real Asset Advisors Acquires a University Campus in Toulouse

28 July 2025: Franklin Real Asset Advisors (FRAA), on behalf of the Franklin Templeton Social Infrastructure Strategy¹, has completed the acquisition of a recently developed 6.2K sqm university campus in Toulouse. The property is let to a leading pan-European private education provider under a long-term lease.

Toulouse is one of the continent's leading defence and aerospace hubs, with attractive real estate fundamentals and likely to benefit from the upcoming influx of European Union investments in those sectors.”

In the long-term, we believe it will benefit from the limited land availability in Toulouse in addition to the growing demand from education operators in the city.”
