19 May 2025: Franklin Real Asset Advisors, on behalf of the Franklin Templeton Social Infrastructure Strategy1, has completed the acquisition of a leading psychiatric clinic in Paris. The asset comprises 110 beds across 6,381 sqm in Paris’s 19th district.

Klaus Schmid, Managing Director, Franklin Real Asset Advisors, comments: “We are delighted to acquire this asset which builds on our successful track-record in the European healthcare sector. This acquisition enables us to support quality care in the psychiatric sector, an area that has been underserved by institutional capital in recent years despite increasing population demand.”

Ricardo Leite, Vice President, Franklin Real Asset Advisors, adds: “This is a high-quality asset that has benefitted from extensive refurbishment in recent years and has a very positive long-term outlook. We will collaborate closely with the operator to further improve the asset and ensure its high quality of care over the next decade.”
