Franklin Real Asset Advisors Acquires Portfolio of 32 Care Homes Across the UK

23 June 2025: Franklin Real Asset Advisors (FRAA), on behalf of the Franklin Templeton Social Infrastructure Strategy¹, has completed the acquisition of a portfolio of 32 care homes comprising approximately 1,500 beds. The properties are located across Southern England, the Midlands, Northern England and Northern Ireland. All assets are leased on long-term agreements exceeding 30 years to a diversified group of six operators.
