Franklin Real Asset Advisors completes transaction for multi-speciality healthcare centre in Padua, Italy
Franklin Real Asset Advisors, on behalf of the Franklin Templeton Social Infrastructure strategy, has entered into a sale and leaseback transaction for an 8,200 sqm multi-speciality healthcare centre in Padua.
The building will be fully leased to an established local operator on a long-term basis and will provide care beds, operating theatres and diagnostic medical and physiotherapy spaces.

Our social infrastructure investment strategy frees up capital for an expanding operator to provide modern facilities ensuring a well-functioning healthcare system in the region.”
