Angelo Formiggini

Angelo Formiggini is Portfolio Manager and Research Analyst for Franklin Templeton Fixed Income - Global Sovereign and Emerging Markets Debt in Milan, Italy.

Mr. Formiggini is responsible for managing portfolios and carrying out macroeconomic and sovereign credit research in Europe. He is a member of the Fixed Income Research and Strategy Team (FIRST), which sets broad fixed income strategy at Franklin Templeton.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Formiggini was a research analyst in Directorate General Economics at the European Central Bank. He joined Franklin Templeton in 2020.

Mr. Formiggini holds a bachelor degree in economics and finance from University of Bologna, and a masters of science in economics from Bocconi University, both earned with distinction.
