Antonio Gatta

Effective 30th September 2016 Antonio Gatta was appointed Co-Branch Manager of the Italian office. He keeps also his role as Institutional Sales Director and is responsible for developing Franklin Templeton's Institutional business in Italy.

In 2007, Mr. Gatta was appointed Institutional Sales Manager in Franklin Templeton Italy with the responsibility of the Italian Institutional Sales Area, in 2011 he took responsibility on the Discretionary and Private Banking business and in 2014 he was promoted Sales Director following Institutional and Discretionary clients.

Mr. Gatta started his career in Nextra SGR as Institutional Sales focusing on Pension Funds and Banking Foundations. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton in 2007, he spent three years at AXA IM as Head of Institutional Advisory.

Mr. Gatta holds a University Degree in Business and Economics from Universita Cattolica of Milan.
