Basil Fox

Basil Fox, President of Franklin Templeton Investor Services, LLC (FTIS), a subsidiary of Franklin Resources, Inc. FTIS is a SEC-registered transfer agent. Mr. Fox is also head of the Global Transfer Agent.

Mr. Fox joined Franklin Templeton Investments in 1984 as part of the Management Training Program. In 1992, Mr. Fox became a vice president with responsibility for establishing a disaster recovery site for the San Mateo headquarters. In February 2000, he assumed his current role as president, overseeing global transfer agent operations. Mr. Fox is a member of the of the senior advisory board in the wealth management division of the DTCC.

Mr. Fox holds a B.S. in finance from the University of San Francisco and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.
