Caroline Carroll

Caroline Carroll is director, Business Administration EMEA & India located in London. She acts as chief administrative officer for EMEA & India Distribution. Her primary role is to support the growth and development of our business in the region through effective strategic planning and business administration. Responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of regional strategic initiatives and service requirements, tracking sales office coordination and regional deliverables, including regulatory initiatives. Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement in sales, marketing and client service processes to ensure best practice. Additionally Caroline is on the Board of Franklin Templeton Investment Management Limited and Franklin Templeton Global Investors Limited. She is co-lead of Franklin Templeton's Women@FT UK Chapter and represents Franklin Templeton on the Steering Committee of the Diversity Project.

Caroline Carroll has 30 years' experience working within asset management. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton Investments in 2002, Caroline held positions at SLC Asset Management, Scottish Widows Investment Partnership and GT Global Investment Funds Limited.
