Daniel Fitzgerald, CFA

Daniel is a Portfolio Manager on the Global Real Income Strategy at ClearBridge Investments.

He joined the firm in 2015 and has 25 years of investment industry experience.

Daniel was a Portfolio Manager at Martin Currie, which became part of ClearBridge in 2025. Prior to this, he was a Corporate Finance Analyst at Hydro Tasmania; Senior Equity Analyst at Macquarie Group; Senior Equity Analyst and Head of Research at Global Value Investors; Equity Analyst at Investors Group; and an Associate Equity Analyst at Citi.

Daniel received a Bachelor of Commerce in finance and marketing from the University of Tasmania. He is also a member of the CFA Institute and holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
