Dean Liotta, CFA

Dean Liotta is a senior vice president, consultant relations at Franklin Templeton. He is a registered advisor and shares responsibility for managing and developing institutional client relationships across Canada along with positioning Franklin Templeton's institutional investment capabilities with investment consultants across Canada. Additionally, Mr. Liotta's efforts include building relationships with a broad spectrum of global and regional consultants to ensure they are well informed on the firm's equity, fixed income, and alternative strategies for the Canadian market. With over 20 years of experience in the investment industry, Mr. Liotta has held positions in investment consulting and client service within the Canadian institutional market. Mr. Liotta is also a member of the Franklin Templeton Investment Corporation Pension Plan Committee (Canada).

Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Mr. Liotta was a senior consultant with a leading financial institution.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Arts (Economics) from the University of Western Ontario, an Honors degree in Commerce from the University of Windsor Ontario and is a chartered financial analyst (CFA) charterholder.
