Ferdinand Cheuk, CFA

Ferdinand Cheuk is Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Research Analyst for Templeton Global Investments. He leads the Templeton Select APAC Equity Income Fund, several HK/China mandates, and co-leads the Templeton Asian Growth Fund. Mr. Cheuk previously served as Deputy Director of Research and is a member of the Global Leaders Investment Team and the Global Technology Sector Team, bringing over 25 years of experience in Asia Pacific technology investing.

Prior to joining Templeton in 2016, Mr. Cheuk was a senior investment analyst with HSBC Global Asset Management in Hong Kong where he also managed regional and country portfolios. He entered the financial industry in 1996 having worked at JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch and the Capital Group.

Mr. Cheuk holds a Bachelor of Science (Economics) degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Kellogg-HKUST. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
