Jennifer Czabaranek

Jennifer Czabaranek is vice president of Franklin Templeton Investor Services, LLC (FTIS), a subsidiary of Franklin Resources, Inc. FTIS is a SEC-registered transfer agent and services over 7 million shareholder accounts

Mrs. Czabaranek joined Franklin Templeton Investments in 1994 as a customer service representative. The following year she joined the Management Training Program. Subsequent to the program, she managed or supervised most departments within the transfer agent. In 2005, Mrs. Czabaranek became a vice president with responsibility for the Main Office Services group within the transfer agent, with responsibilities for the group in three U.S. locations.

Mrs. Czabaranek earned her B.S. in biological sciences from California State University Sacramento.
