Jorge Marmolejo, CFA

Jorge Marmolejo is a portfolio manager for Franklin Templeton Fixed Income in Mexico City, Mexico. Mr. Marmolejo is responsible for creating solutions for institutional clients including: endowments, insurance companies, and private pension funds. He is also in charge of equity and Mexican REITs strategy for SMAs, and trading of international equity mutual funds offered in Mexico.

Mr. Marmolejo has over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to his current role, Mr. Marmolejo was an analyst and investment manager for Heyman y Asociados. He joined Franklin Templeton in 2006 as a portfolio manager.

Mr. Marmolejo holds a bachelor of science in applied mathematics from Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM). He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and holds an Investment Advisor Certification (IAC) granted by the Mexican Brokers Association AMIB.
