Megan Rust

Megan Rust is a senior ETF Capital Markets analyst within the Capital Markets team for Franklin Templeton Investments. The Capital Markets team works with both investors and broker-dealers to help ensure Franklin ETFs trade as they were designed. Her responsibilities include working with liquidity providers to foster healthy creation and redemption processes and on-screen markets as well as partnering with Franklin sales specialists to discuss ETF trading and structure directly with clients.

Ms. Rust began her career with Franklin Templeton in 2016 as a Futures Associate and joined the ETF Portfolio Management Group in 2018. During the Futures program she worked in Marketing, Fiduciary Trust and Multi-Asset Solutions.

Ms. Rust earned a B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is also a member of the CFA Society of San Francisco.
