Patricia S. Lee

Patricia Lee is a director of portfolio analytics for Franklin Separately Managed Accounts (FSMA). Her primary responsibilities include oversight of managed accounts. Specifically, she ensures that investment and trading decisions are properly implemented at the individual portfolio level for all Franklin Separately Managed Accounts. In addition, Ms. Lee serves as a primary portfolio management contact for sales, marketing, account services, client communications and broker/dealer firms that conduct business with Franklin Separately Managed Accounts. In this role, she contributes to a variety of portfolio communications, finals presentations and conference calls. She also helps answer questions from sales, clients and broker/dealers, including participating in due diligence meetings.

Ms. Lee joined Franklin Resources in 1991 and has been employed by Franklin Separately Managed Accounts since 2000.

Ms. Lee holds a B.S. degree in accounting from San Francisco State University and an M.B.A. in finance from Notre Dame de Namur University. She is a level II candidate in the CFA Program.
