Paul Collins

Mr. Collins is the global head of Trading & Strategic Investment Services for Franklin Templeton Investment Solutions. Based in Edinburgh, Scotland, he leads a global team located in Edinburgh, London, Fort Lauderdale, and New York.

Mr. Collins joined Franklin Templeton in 2003 and has held various key positions within the organization. Before assuming his current role in June 2017, he was in charge of Equity Trading for EMEA, overseeing a team of traders in Edinburgh and Dubai.

Prior to his tenure at Franklin Templeton, Mr. Collins gained valuable experience at Baillie Gifford & Co, where he worked for six years on the International Trading desk before moving to Aegon Asset Management in 1997. During his time at Franklin Templeton, he has played a pivotal role in the successful launch of the company's investment advisory business throughout Europe and the Middle East, including Romania and Dubai. Mr. Collins serves on the Board of Directors of the UK investment advisory entity, with responsibility for Investment management and trading. Mr. Collins is also a member of several key global committees governing investment operations activities. He previously held a Director role on the Franklin's UK Fund Board and Luxembourg Management Company, with responsibility for Investment management and Trading. His extensive experience and leadership have been instrumental in the growth and success of Franklin Templeton's global trading and investment services.
