Raghu Kalluri is a portfolio manager and a key member of the Quantitative Investments team at Franklin Templeton, where he plays a vital role in managing over USD 20 billion in assets under management (AUM). His work spans a diverse range of investment solutions, including multi-factor equity strategies, risk mitigation, income strategies, and custom index solutions. These strategies are implemented across the U.S., international and emerging markets, the GCC with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia and the Asia-Pacific region, serving large institutional clients and mutual funds.

Mr. Kalluri also leads the development of custom quantitative strategies that capitalize on recent enhancements in the Saudi capital markets. These innovations enable Franklin Templeton to offer clients unique and differentiated investment solutions. He is registered as an Investment Manager with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) in Saudi Arabia.

In addition to his portfolio management responsibilities, Mr. Kalluri contributes to research across a wide range of strategic areas, including income strategies, fixed index annuities, thematic investing, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) frameworks, Shariah-compliant investments, and markets in both developed and emerging economies. Mr. Kalluri brings over two decades of experience in the financial services industry. He joined Franklin Templeton in 2010 and has since held roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to this, he spent a decade in strategic, process, and technology consulting, advising asset management and insurance clients.

He holds a master's degree in management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore, and a bachelor's degree in engineering from JNTU College of Engineering, Hyderabad. Raghu is a CFA charterholder and holds both the Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF) and the Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute.
