Roger Goncalves

Roger Goncalves is Senior Vice President, Director of Global Financial Institutions for the Americas Region. He is responsible for managing strategic partnerships with global financial institutions. His coverage includes key account relationships, gatekeepers and investment research teams across client partnerships throughout the Americas distribution network.

Roger joined Franklin Templeton in 2019 and brings nearly 20 years of industry experience. He has spent the majority of his career in UCITS distribution in senior roles. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Roger was Managing Director of Americas Offshore with RBC Global Asset Management. He was responsible for building the UCITS distribution business in the Americas.

Prior to RBC, Roger was Vice President - Offshore Client Advisor for JP Morgan Asset Management with responsibility for UCITS Non Resident Client business. Prior to JP Morgan, Roger was Vice President - Americas for Permal Group, an alternative asset manager, where he had responsibility for distribution throughout the Americas. Prior to Permal Group, Roger was Vice President - International for Alliance Bernstein with responsibility for UCITS distribution in the Non Resident Client Market.
