Sara Ironside

Sara Ironside has been with Franklin Templeton for over 10 year, supporting senior leaders and teams across the organization in being more effective in their roles. She partners with department leaders to assess development needs of their staff and provide solutions including executive coaching, team-building workshops, and meeting facilitation.

Prior to her work at FTI, Sara led the People Development program for Project Managers at Blue Shield of California in San Francisco and worked in Training & Development programs at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and Backroads in Berkeley, CA.

She received a B.A. in Spanish and Recreation & Tourism Management from the University of Oregon. She is an ICF Certified Professional Coach and holds certifications in Sundance Change Management, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Situational Leadership II, and Trainer Training.
