Suzanne Livingston is a vice president and sustainability lead for Franklin Templeton Investment Solutions (FTIS). Ms. Livingston is focused on supporting and enhancing the sustainability and stewardship agenda within FTIS and facilitates the exchange of ideas, expertise, and best practices across the group to enhance our collective efforts. She is also part of the European portfolio management team for multi-asset portfolios focusing on the Diversified series and Global Multi-Asset Income funds.

Amongst other portfolio functions, Ms. Livingston leads the formation of proxy voting guidelines and drives company engagements as a part of the FTIS stewardship function. Ms. Livingston works closely with the central Franklin Templeton global Investment Stewardship & Sustainability Team (ISST) and is a member of Franklin Templeton's Stewardship and Sustainability Council (SCC). The Council provides a forum to bring together key investment leaders across FT's Specialist Investment Managers, providing opportunities to harmonise approaches to stewardship and sustainability, and work together on common challenges and priorities.

Ms. Livingston joined Franklin Templeton in 2006 as a futures associate and later became a research analyst with the Templeton Global Equity Group, before joining FTIS in 2018 and co-led the sustainability initiatives for the group.

Ms. Livingston holds an M.A. (Hons) in business studies from the University of Edinburgh and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
